To conduct Naturo-medicine appointments OR Naturo-therapy sessions (cross out as applicable) online the Realnaturo skypename or a similar communication system, with prior consent.
To learn correct use of online booking system cliniko and to book clients in for their next appointment/ session at the end of each appointment /session.

Appointments: Tick boxes to agree

To present myself immaculately online (clean hair, skin and nails). In smart clothes of preferably white. Covering skin including cleavage and bra straps.
To be timely to appointments/sessions (cross out as applicable) online and to check notes in cliniko before scheduled appointment times.

To maintain:

a safe, quiet, calm and private space
with excellent internet connection
good lighting The client is able to see me clearly with a wall behind me or a natural view
there will be no other people in the room
there are no distractions or shadows
The client can only hear and see myself on the screen
I withhold a high professional conduct at all times on screen

To use a video camera computer or a device that I don’t need to hold so I can be completely in view at eye level to the camera with the client and have my hands free to express body language within professional conduct
If the client does not have good internet connection, after cutting out twice I will request that they call in to the skype number (+44) 0115 8881117 using their telephone or make a new session. In which case I make it known to the client that this session will be at additional costs. I will then book them in on Cliniko or contact support team to do this
If i do not have good internet connection I will be charged for the session
I will remain available for 15 minutes for a client running late. If the client is later than 15 minutes for a session without prior notification, I will write no show on the booking screen of cliniko and notify the support team

Client rescheduling and cancellations:

I understand that a client can reschedule their appointment up to 12 hours before the appointment. RealNaturo has a 12 hour cancellation policy. Individual appointments and sessions can not be moved more than 2 times
I understand that the client can have one missed session per package of which I will not be paid for. Thereafter if a client misses their session without unforeseen circumstantial reasoning, I will be paid for the full session
I understand that RealNaturo has a last minute booking policy. If there are cancellations I may have another client booked in last minute, I will be prepared for this
To abide by RealNaturo philosophy and etiquette

Client care:

To give undivided attention and personalized wholistic care, to every client throughout their program
To uphold client confidentiality at all times
To remain within my expertise of accreditations and certifications and not advice outside of the professional scope of practice. If unsure I will clearly explain to the client that I do not know and I will seek advice
Incase of emergency or attempted self-harm to notify the next of kin of the client and/or the police or local mental health team immediately. I make it known to the client that this is our duty of care protocol and I follow the protocol for emergencies
I agree that the clients I have through RealNaturo are clients of RealNaturo and I will not accept or make direct contact with any personal contact information, email or phone numbers, or make my private services known to the client without permission from RealNaturo

Communication and conduct:

To communicate kindly and effectively with support team via cliniko and email as and when needed
To use a realnaturo email and the realnaturo skype number when communicating with other health professionals on a case
To understand my accredited professional guidelines, of which I stay current to and oblige by my scope of practice
To be adequately insured with professional indemnity insurance governed by a professional association. I acknowledge that Real Naturo Ltd does not accept any liability for claims arising from work that I have carried out
To practice confidentiality at all times and feedback all concerns medical or practical to the director Chloe Silverman

Payment and taxes:

I agree that payment for my services undertaken that week, will take place at the end of each week directly into the bank account I have submitted to RealNaturo
As a freelance holistic practitioner or therapist I understand that I am responsible for paying my tax and professional indemnity insurance and I am not under the financial liability of RealNaturo
