Real Naturo Associate Training Program
Welcome to the Associate Program — an invitation-only opportunity to grow with purpose, clarity, and global impact.
Each year, just 7 practitioners are selected to train under the direct mentorship of Chloé Silverman, B.H.Sc (Naturopathy) and her trusted circle of mentors. This program is designed to foster excellence, integrity, and authentic leadership in the world of natural healthcare.
At Real Naturo, we are building an international ecosystem where collaboration, transparency, and conscious practice lead to inevitable personal and professional expansion.
As an Associate, You Will:

Receive weekly patient referrals for online consultations

Lead your local Naturo Community Practice (NCP) group

Establish integrative referral networks with local doctors, nurses, and clinics

Build communication bridges between holistic health practitioners in your region

Elevate your global presence within a conscious, highly professional network
You’ll Be Supported With Training In:

Mastering advanced case-taking using the Naturo Method

Facilitating clinical support groups and contributing to pooled case data

Monthly mentoring from Chloé Silverman and guest experts
-
Creating transparency and ethical practices in naturopathic care
-
Access to RN branding, website exposure, and the ClinicalPro forum
-
Community-based therapy work, including Naturo group facilitation
-
The RN Receive System — including involvement in aid, refugee, and outreach work
Who Should Apply
We’re looking for passionate naturopaths, psychotherapists, and holistic health professionals ready to step into leadership within a progressive, values-driven clinical model.
