RN-Cleanse began in 2015 in a clinic in Ibiza with a clear mission: to bring deep, effective healing to more people—through both proven techniques and personalised, practitioner-led support.

Created by Chloé Silverman, B.H.Sc (Naturopathy), this program empowers qualified practitioners to guide their clients using the transformative RN-Cleanse method. This isn’t just a training—it’s a movement. Be part of a new paradigm in Naturopathic medicine.

Course Format: 2-Day In-Person Workshop

Over two immersive days, you’ll explore:

  • Case-based learning: Clinical evidence and case studies demonstrating cleansing for various disease states using the Naturo Method.

  • Pathophysiology of detox: Signs, symptoms, and the role of diagnostic tools during client consultations.

  • The science of cleansing: Understanding mucoid plaque, ketosis, gluconeogenesis, autophagy, and more.

  • Medicinal protocols: Use and application of clay shakes, herbal parasite formulas, and enemas.

  • Fasting traditions: From dry and water fasts to consciousness practices and breatharian philosophy.

  • Conscious cleansing: Exploring presence practices, heart coherence, and emotional holding space.

  • Naturo Yoga & Taoist meditation: Supporting the spiritual and energetic components of detox.

  • Herbal formulas: Introduction to the Naturo online clinic offerings.

  • Your role as a NaturoPro: How you can support your community through ongoing wellness.

  • Business opportunities: Access to unlimited event invites, community support, and branding tools as a NaturoPro.

This training is open to qualified holistic health professionals with a strong interest in nutritional biochemistry.
